Study on the Hypolipidemic Effect of Moringa oleifera Seeds Based on Zebrafish Hyperlipidemia Model

Objective: Investigated the hypolipidemic effect of alcoholic extract Moringa oleifera seeds using zebrafish hyperlipidemia model.
 Methods: Using 0.3% egg yolk solution to feed larval construct model. These fish in model were treated with an for 2 days. Then, tail vessels observed after oil red O staining, and accumulated optical density lipids was analyzed. The body length, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC) levels measured. Result: fed significantly higher than that blank group. contents TG TC also increased, indicating successfully established. After treatment different concentrations seed (10 μg/ml, 15 20 μg/ml), staining attachment surface vascular hyperlipidemic reduced by 42.8%, 63.3%, 80.6% respectively. 9.89%, 20.41%, 26.40%. 9.85%, 23.93%, 33.80%. data each group statistically significant (P<0.01).
 Conclusion: had a on no skeletal growth length zebrafish.
